Ancient recipes of the local tradition are gathered in the book “Dozza, le antiche ricette del Borgo” edited by Angelo Varni and Vinicio dall’Ara.
The book has been introduced during an oenological and gastronomic event realised with the cooperation of the local restaurants Monte del Re, Canè, Le Bistrot, La Scuderia, La Piccola Osteria del Borgo.
